Jeffrey first sighted this lighthouse on 7/31/00. It was difficult for his parents to recall this drive-by sighting...a long-time source of debate. A re-visit on 8/24/2002 did the old front range light some justice…and we took this photo. It has been moved from its original location along Presque Isle Bay.
As we learned more about lighthouses, we discovered we had driven right by the Old Presque Isle Rear Range Lighthouse, which eventually became #280.
